Terms of Service

Welcome to CADPlace, accessible from https://cadplace.live. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our collaborative 3D building platform, including our website, real-time networking, and database services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To claim plots and save creations, you must register and authenticate using your Google account via Google OAuth. You agree that the information you provide is accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Multiple Accounts & Ban Evasion Policy

To ensure fair play, prevent land hoarding, and guarantee equal building opportunities on our limited grid, the following rules apply:

• One Account Per Person: You are permitted to register and use only one (1) active account on CADPlace. Creating, maintaining, or using multiple accounts ("Alt Accounts") is strictly prohibited.
• Limit Bypassing: You may not use multiple accounts to bypass the one-day plot claim cooldown, hoard real estate, or claim more than your fair share of the map.
• Ban Evasion: If your account is suspended or banned by an administrator, you are strictly prohibited from creating or using secondary accounts to evade the suspension.

2. User Accounts

To claim plots and save creations, you must register and authenticate using your Google account via Google OAuth. You agree that the information you provide is accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Creations and Ownership

CADPlace allows you to build 3D models and paint textures (collectively, "Creations") on specified plots of land. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your Creations. However, by saving a Creation to our public world map, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your Creation for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

Zero-Tolerance Content Policy

CADPlace enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for certain types of content. Building, painting, or saving any of the following will result in the immediate deletion ("Nuke") of your plot and a permanent account ban:

• Explicit Sexual Content: Any depictions of genitalia, explicit sexual acts, or sexual fluids. This includes the sexualization of minors or fictitious characters with child-like visual traits.
• Extreme Gore & Real-World Violence: While stylized fantasy weapons, sci-fi firearms, and low-poly voxel "blood" are permitted for creative or thematic builds, extreme graphic gore, self-harm, or realistic depictions of real-world violence are strictly prohibited.
• Hate Speech & Hate Symbols: Clear hate speech, extreme slurs, or symbols of hate (including but not limited to swastikas, hate group iconography, or offensive caricatures).
• Doxxing: Sharing, exposing, or posting anyone’s private personal information (real names, phone numbers, home addresses, personal social media, etc.).
• Targeted Harassment: Extreme hostility, targeted harassment, or cyberbullying directed toward other players or groups.
• Intellectual Property & DMCA: Infringing on the intellectual property of others in a manner that results in an official legal removal request. While we strongly support fan art, creative homages, and community-made tributes, we will comply with valid copyright (DMCA) takedown notices if officially contacted by a rights owner.

4. Plot Claims and World Etiquette

To preserve a healthy, evolving, and clean collaborative world, you agree to abide by the following grid guidelines:

• Soft Claims: Entering an unclaimed plot locks it to your user ID temporarily. If you exit the plot without building any 3D meshes on it, the plot is considered abandoned and will be automatically reset to "Unclaimed" for other players to use.
• Griefing & Obstruction: You agree not to build giant walls, cages, or structures designed solely to block, clip into, or ruin the visual composition of neighboring players' plots.

5. Moderation and "Admin Nukes"

The Service is monitored by administrators. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without notice or liability, to:

• Instantly delete ("Nuke") any Creations that violate these Terms or are deemed harmful to the community.
• Release ("Unclaim") any plots that violate our world etiquette.
• Permanently ban or suspend user accounts (Google OAuth IDs) from accessing the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, DATA-LOSS-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER (MINUSOKO) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING LOST CREATIONS OR TEXTURES), USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING USER-GENERATED CONTENT; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CREATIONS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland for the purpose of litigating any claims.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and posting a notice inside our system menu. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
